Are there hidden fees apart from the stated price?

No. The only extra cost is the development levy, which will be shared among all the landowners in the estate. It is used for Deed Signing, Corner-piece Placement, Land Clearing, Estate Perimeter Fencing, and Road Stabilisation.

How secure is the land from Omo-Onile or government issues?

Green City 2 is free from government acquisition and land disputes. Titles are verified, and the estate is protected.

At what point of payment will the allocation be done on the land?

Allocation will be done on full payment for the land.

How long will this offer last?
